- How do I get tickets?
- Open an event, pick a ticket type, and check out. Tickets to free events land in your account instantly; paid orders go through secure checkout. Your ticket — with its QR code — lives in My Page.
- What's the difference between free and paid events?
- Some events are free to attend and some are paid. Every ticket type shows its full price up front — taxes and fees included. Nothing is added at checkout.
- General Admission vs. reserved zones?
- General Admission (GA) is first come, first served with no assigned seat — you choose your spot when you arrive. Reserved events show a seating chart and let you pick a zone (e.g. Zone A, B, or C); seating is open within the zone you purchase.
- How many tickets can I buy?
- Each ticket type has a per-person limit (shown on the ticket). Because every account is tied to one verified person, the limit applies per real fan — keeping access fair when events sell out.
- Why do I verify my identity once?
- You verify once, at sign-up, and get one-tap entry to every event afterward — no forms to fill out again. Verification confirms you are a real, unique person and, for age-restricted events, that you meet the age requirement (over 18 / over 21) — never your full date of birth.
- Is my data safe?
- Verification is handled through a trusted identity provider. PlayID stores a verification reference and the minimum attributes needed for the events you join — not copies of your ID documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds for paid tickets follow the policy shown at checkout. If an event is cancelled or materially relocated, we refund your order in full — ticket price, fees, and tax — to your original payment method. You don't need to ask: refunds are issued within 10 business days of the announcement.
- What if my phone dies or I lose it at the venue?
- Your ticket lives in your account, not on your device. Sign in from any phone — even a borrowed one — to pull up your QR code. Stuck at the venue? Email esports@hopae.com and we'll help you get in.
- Do you offer accessible seating?
- Yes. Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating is offered at the same price as standard seats — no documentation required. Email esports@hopae.com before the event and we'll arrange it.
